Can I open an account without a drivers licence?
Don't have a drivers licence? No problem! You can still open a trading account!
When asked for your licence number in the application, enter
your passport number and you will be able to proceed with the rest of the
application. The electronic verification only works with an Australian Drivers Licence, so once your application is complete, you will need to upload certified copies of your passport and a current utilities bill (so we can verify your address).
The easiest way is to pop down
to the Post Office with your documents and they will take a copy and certify it
for you. The certifier will need to provide their original stamp, name and signature and the document must be dated within 3 months.
