ID Verification

Due to the the continued rise of cybercrime, there is a heightened risk that stolen personal information may be used to commit identity theft and fraud, and as such we have been forced to be extra vigilant in verifying customers’ identity. 

With this in mind, we may request that you upload a ‘selfie’ style photograph of you holding your photo ID, for identity verification purposes.  Providing us with a photo of your ID document – and of your face – during sign-up allows us to quickly confirm your identity without compromising on security.  

Please ensure that your face is clearly visible and that the ID document is clear and legible. Please refer to guidelines below for photo quality.
