What is your telephone number?

As a low-cost, online broker it is important for us to keep our overheads as low as possible in order to ensure we are able to provide our service to clients at the best possible price.  That said, it is our goal to prove that low-cost doesn’t mean low on service or functionality.  So it is on this basis, that we do not have case representatives, nor do we have a formal telephone support service.

What we do have is a detailed Support Portal including an extensive Knowledge Base, and a knowledgeable, eager, and attentive email support team willing and able to answer your questions.  As such, all of our communication is via email or through the Contact Us page of the Marketech Support Portal. This is designed to ensure we can quickly manage all trading and administrative issues without you having to wait on-hold over the telephone.

We acknowledge that some clients do need some additional assistance from time-to-time, with issues that are particularly unique or complex.  In the interests of efficiency, if you can provide us with a few dot points on the questions that you have, as well as your availability, via email or through the Marketech Support Portal, if required, we will try to arrange someone to call you at a mutually convenient time.

You can get in contact with us by leaving a ticket here.

You can email us at support@marketech.com.au or submit a ticket through the Support Portal - we are renowned for our prompt response times!
