Order status

Order status

The Portfolio panel on the left side of the screen provides:
  1. a Summary view at the top of the screen;
  2. followed by a list of stocks in your Portfolio;
  3. followed by a list of current orders.
To view the Status of the order/s click on the details icon  in the top right of the screen (for all orders) or click the options icon  to the right of the individual order and select View order history. When the order in question is selected, the Order details will display on the right side of the pop-up Order History window.

The Status will change depending on the stage the order is at:
  1. Placed - the order has been placed in the market is waiting to be transacted;
  2. Part Filled - the order has been partially transacted and is still sitting in the screen; the volume that has been transacted will display in the Filled field.
  3. Filled - the order has transacted in full.
  4. Cancelled - the order has been cancelled, either manually or through the market (see Why has my order been cancelled? for more information).
