Configuration Process


  1. Enter the account information as per the statement:
  2. Ensure that you link existing holding accounts relating to this account under the Holding Accounts section by ticking each checkbox.
Authority Process
Account Holder Authority
Adviser Authority

The account holder should send an email to:

          support@marketech.com.au

          With the following text:

Dear Marketech,
Can you please set up the following accounts for the Class Data feed:

Account NameAccount Number
.............................................


Change the status of the feed to "Waiting on Provider"

Note: You can expect your data to start loading within 10 business days



  1. Send an email to the Adviser with the following text: 

    Dear Adviser,
    Can you please Setup the following accounts for the Class Data feed:

    Account NameAccount Number
    .............................................

    Please also provide us with your     Openmarkets adviser code. It is necessary for us to load this number into Class in order to receive any data.
  2. Under Configuration set up in Class, select the adviser from the drop-down.

    If the adviser code has not been entered, refer to How to enter Adviser Authorities in Class to add the adviser code.
  3. Change the status of the feed to "Waiting on Provider"
  4. The adviser needs to send the email to service@openmarkets.com.au

Note: You can expect your data to start loading within 10 business days
