Can I downgrade my platform access?

You can downgrade your platform through the icon in the top right hand corner.

Next, click on the 'My details' tab in the drop down menu

You will then see a link to change your plan.

Please note we have designed the FocusPlus plan for those people who are both trading infrequently and watching the market infrequently. The ASX live data is the most costly part of our product, and as such we have a ‘fair use’ policy on usage in our Terms and Conditions.

If you are still following the market, but not trading, our FocusLite plan is available for free, as it includes 20-minute delayed data.
